Is this therapy?
While I am a Licensed Therapist, this is not therapy. I do, however, bring my clinical skills to help you manage your anxiety. If you are in therapy, it can be a great addition to what you’re already doing in sessions.
I've been to therapy/coaching/taken courses before. How is this different?
There might be a few reasons why different methods hasn't worked in the past. Maybe your Therapist, Coach, or course covered many problems but didn't specifically target how your anxiety is leading to overwhelm overstimulation, and overextending yourself.
This is the center of the work we'll do together.
Just like going to a specialized physician, you'll get to the root and start seeing long-lasting results faster.

Your insurance my cover your coaching. I can create a superbill for you to submit to insurance, but I cannot guarantee they will cover it. I recommend consulting with your insurance carrier to confirm if you choose this route.
